Your data

Why you received our email.

Privacy information for people we contact about agency search and selection. FindProcure Ltd (Company No. 15953205), trading as The GO Network.

We emailed you because you look after marketing or procurement at an organisation that works with agencies, and The GO Network is a free service that helps organisations like yours find and appoint them. This page explains where we got your details, what we do with them, and how to stop hearing from us.

Your right to object is absolute

You can tell us to stop using your details for marketing at any time, and we must stop. We will not ask you to justify it and we do not weigh it against our own interests.

Use the Unsubscribe link in any email from us, which takes effect immediately, or simply reply to any email, or write to hello@thegonetwork.com. Any wording will do: "remove me", "stop", or anything we can reasonably read as an objection. It is free and you do not need an account.

Who we are

FindProcure Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under number 15953205, whose registered office is at 55 Nursery Road, Stockport, England, SK4 2ND, trading as The GO Network. We are the controller of the personal data described here. Contact us at hello@thegonetwork.com.

What we hold

Only ordinary professional contact information:

We do not hold special category data, criminal offence data, financial data, your private contact details, or any behavioural profile of you for this campaign.

Where we got it

We did not obtain your details from you directly, which is why we are telling you this. Depending on the contact, the source is one of the following, and the specific source for you is recorded against your record:

If you would like to know exactly which source your details came from, ask us and we will tell you.

Why we are allowed to use it

Our lawful basis is legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f) of the UK GDPR). The interest we rely on is our own commercial interest in introducing a free service to the people who decide how an organisation appoints its agency partners.

We use your details for one purpose only: to introduce The GO Network and what it can do for your team. We have assessed this use against your interests and rights, and we have recorded that assessment. You can ask us for a summary of it.

We do not profile you, score you, or make any automated decision about you.

What to expect

You will receive at most four short emails over about two weeks. The sequence stops straight away if you reply, unsubscribe, or object in any other way. We do not call you, text you, or send you direct messages on social media as part of this campaign.

Who sees it

Your details are handled by our own staff and by the service providers who run our systems on our instructions, principally our email delivery platform and our customer records system. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

How long we keep it

If you do not respond, we keep your campaign record only for as long as we need it to run and close this campaign, and then delete or anonymise it.

If you unsubscribe or object, we keep the minimum information needed to make sure we honour that, which normally means your email address on a suppression list. We keep that for as long as we carry out marketing of this kind, because deleting it would mean we could contact you again by mistake.

Your other rights

You have the right to ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected if it is wrong, to have it erased, and to ask us to restrict how we use it. Write to hello@thegonetwork.com and we will respond within one month.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint, or by calling 0303 123 1113. We would rather you told us first so we can put it right.
